Whether planning a fancy night out or snuggling up in your pj’s, Valentine’s Day reminds us to spread love to those dear in our hearts. This year, Dwayne is spending his Valentine’s Day centering compassion and spreading love within his community.
Following the devastation of Hurricane Ian, Dwayne and the team became beacons of hope amongst their neighbors. Dwayne alongside Stacey Callahan, publisher of Luxe Interiors + Design Florida established the Designers + Builders Unite distribution, an effort raising money for essentials and distributing a total of $65,000 worth of goods. To this day, Dwayne continues to spread the love by supporting LARC Inc., a non-profit supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Dwayne challenges you to share the love and give back this Valentine’s Day. There are many ways to extend compassion to those within your community. Try making a care package for a neighbor or for your local charity. Fill it with chocolate, goodies, and necessities like water bottles, hygiene products, or paper goods. With a care package, the recipients are sure to feel loved and supported.
